About Us
Where we come from.
I did not intend on making a business, all I wanted to do was build a model Steam Engine.
I have not built the engine but after 27 years of making items from washers to propellers I can honestly say that I enjoy my job more then I started out.
We are still a small company employing 6 staff and cover a wide range of skills and machinery.
Lamb engineering is a sub contract machine/fabrication workshop who specialise in prototype /design work.
We have several of our own designs ranging from padlocks to propellors which were all designed inhouse. Our specialty is small batch and one off jobs, often to the customers specific ideas.
We mainly concentrate on subcontract machining and prototype development.
